Silver Screen: The Best Jewellery of the SAG Awards 2025
Black, white, silver, and pastels… this was the unofficial colour palette of the 31st Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday, February 23, 2025. Taking place in Los Angeles, the SAG Awards were dripping in haute couture gowns and colourless diamonds, creating the perfect ‘Old Hollywood’ vibe for the evening. Our favourite look of the night was undoubtedly actress Sofia Carson, who stole the show in 100 carats of Chopard diamonds. Let’s take a whistlestop tour through some of the event’s jewellery highlights, including pieces by Cartier, Bucherer Fine Jewellery and De Beers.
Sofia Carson would have stood out on the SAG Awards red carpet thanks to her blush pink Elie Saab gown, but it was the strategic addition of a Chopard choker that was the cherry on the haute couture cake. The piece contains a 12.37-carat round brilliant-cut white diamond at its heart, surrounded by a further 76.11 carats of round diamonds, diamond haloes, and pear-shaped droplets. She completed the look with a 10-carat oval-shaped diamond ring from the brand’s Garden of Kalahari collection.
