Bianca Blanari
Club Editor & Contributing Writer
Starting her career in architecture, Bianca brings a distinct design-led perspective to the world of fine jewellery. Having worked at Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), a practice renowned for its innovative approach to form, sustainability and storytelling, she developed a deep understanding of structure, composition and spatial thinking. In 2024, Bianca began sharing her eye for design within the jewellery space following a repost by jeweller Glenn Spiro during PAD London. What began as a curiosity quickly evolved into an exploration of galleries, collectible design and ultimately high jewellery. Viewing each piece through an architectural lens, she approaches jewellery as a miniature form of architecture, where form, structure, balance and elevation are distilled into objects of intimate scale. Bianca joined Katerina Perez as a Club Editor and contributing writer in March this year, transitioning from architecture to pursue storytelling within the jewellery world. She brings a fresh dimensionality to the field, offering a unique perspective that bridges disciplines and reframes how jewellery can be seen and understood.
